We completed the entire exterior for both apartment buildings using high-performance materials that complement the development’s stunning natural setting. James Hardie fiber cement lap and cement board and batten siding deliver durability and understated elegance. Shake siding, pine soffits, and decorative fir knee braces provide visual links to the forest just within reach. Finally, aluminum railings and gutters and a vinyl decking membrane ensure years of low-maintenance function.
